Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Contact details are in the imprint.

How do we collect your data?

Some data is provided by you directly, for example when you complete the contact form. Other data is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure when you visit the site. This is largely technical data such as browser type, operating system and the time of the request.

What do we use your data for?

Technical data is used to deliver the website reliably and securely. Data you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to obtain information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data, free of charge and at any time. You also have the right to request correction, restriction or deletion. You may contact us at any time using the address in the imprint, and you have a right of complaint to the competent supervisory authority.

Cookies and tracking

Data collection on this website

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Hosting takes place exclusively on data storage located in Germany, in data centers in Dresden and Friedersdorf. Personal data collected when you visit this site is therefore processed exclusively within the European Union and is not transferred to a third country.

A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission under Art. 28(7) GDPR. The provider processes this data only on our documented instructions and for the purpose of delivering the website.

Server log files

Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits, in what are known as server log files. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing device
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not combined with data from other sources and is not used to identify individual visitors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in delivering the website securely and without fault.

Data collected in order to deliver the website is deleted once your session has ended and you have closed your browser. Where data is stored in server log files, those log files are deleted after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond that period may occur in individual cases, for example in the event of an attack on the information technology systems, in which case the log files concerned are retained for as long as is necessary to investigate and address the incident.

Contact form

If you send us an inquiry using the contact form, we collect the data you enter, including the contact details you provide, in order to answer your inquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not pass this information on without your consent.

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time, and an informal message by email is sufficient. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

We retain the data you provide through the contact form until you request deletion, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storage no longer applies, for example once your inquiry has been dealt with. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Onward disclosure. AVENOR is a joint brand of GLAMAtronic Schweiß- und Anlagentechnik GmbH and Heron Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Inquiries received through this website may be shared with Heron where necessary to respond to your request.

How submissions are handled. Inquiries are processed by a script running on the same server described under Hosting above. No third-party form service is used, and no data from the form is stored on the web server. Each submission is delivered by email to a mailbox operated by the controller, and is retained there in line with the periods described in this section.

Information, correction and deletion

Within the limits of applicable law, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin, its recipients and the purpose of processing, and the right to have that data corrected, restricted or deleted. You can contact us at any time using the address in the imprint.
